Extract the tarball to where you'd like the application to be installed

 sudo tar -xvf Team.biz-x64.tar.gz -C /opt

Then launch Team.biz

/opt/Team.biz-linux-x64/Team.biz

There is an example .desktop file for launching the application. To install it run

sudo cp /opt/Team.biz-linux-x64/team.biz.desktop /usr/share/applications/
